Manipulation really had no idea what was going on. That might have been due to the fact his mind was on other pretty things. Like making a mask out of the angel’s face. Mani was somewhere---here or there and ultimately everywhere. A soft chuckle would resonate through the area of the Sins, followed by the pitter patter of footsteps that seemed to come from nowhere.
